I am a one woman show running all aspects of the business thus I have limited bandwidth.

Prohibited Content

I am not available for art that is anti-Catholic, anti-Christian, Pornographic, Fetish or Exploits children. I am a practicing Catholic trying to live out the values of my faith which prohibits me from promoting certain values. Thank you for your understanding

My Work Environment

I work in a smoke-free environment. I do live with a cat and it does have free range of the apartment where I work on all my crafts. I do my best to keep him out of my projects but there are few places to hide things in a one bedroom apartment. Please keep this in mind if you or the recipient of the physical art has allergies.

Allergen Warning

I am able to make armor and other costume parts out of a variety material. In addition to cat allergies, I will need to know if you have any particular allergies to cloth materials, adhesives, furs, or plastics. Some of the common materials I use are:
  • Cotton
  • Wool products (Yarn, fleece, sheepskin)
  • Latex
  • Yak fur
  • Rabbit fur
  • Acrylic
  • Vinyl
  • Leather
If you are unsure of any allergies, I am not liable for any reactions.

Shipping Policy

I will only ship within North America (including Canada and Mexico), I currently do not ship overseas. I use the U.S. Postal service as my primary shipment method but will use alternative shipment providers if necessary or requested. I will ship with tracking information and insurance for One of a Kind (OOAK) items/Items over 100 USD.  The cost of insurance or using an alternative shipment provider will add to the shipping price. The client may request no insurance to save on shipping.

Shipping price is calculated and added to the invoice.

Return Policy

Digital Art products are NOT eligible for refunds after delivery. See Refunds and Cancellations below for more info.
For return requests, I ask that clients fill out this form: Returns/Damaged Item Report Form. I will send you a return label to use.

Lost Items

All items are shipped with tracking information to give an idea of when to expect the product. If the product does not arrive on time or within 7 business days of when it is expected to arrive, fill out the form below so I can follow up on shipment. If the item can be easily replaced (i.e. an art print), I will re-send the item at no cost to you. For OOAK items, if shipped with insurance you will receive compensation.

Tip: In my experience, there may be some cases where the shipment is held at the post office, leasing office, FedEX/UPS store or hung up in customs. Contact the location to determine if the package is there.

Tip: If you are concerned about theft in your area, there are several options available to have the item delivered to a more secure location such as requiring a signature, leaving in a specified location, or holding at an authorized pickup location. You will bel able to adjust the reception of the delivery from the tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives with significant damage, you have 14 days after the arrival date to report and return the item. Fill out the form below with the damage report expressing your intention. An image of the damage is required. Based upon the damage accessed it may qualify for a partial refund or I may be able to repair/replace it.

If the item becomes damaged after use, the form below can still be used so I can assess if I can make repairs. I do charge for repairs after use.

Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Art

If I, the artist, cancel a project for any reason, I will issue a full refund. This only applies if I, the artist, cancel the project. If the client sends money then immediately backs out before I start work, they can get their money back. (Although, it may be affected by Paypal charges. I try to do my math correctly.)

If the client cancels the project after I have started work they may be issued a partial refund if the commission was over 25 USD.

Digital art commissions can be canceled before I begin working on it, but not after. The exception being a larger/longer projects. For larger/longer commissions such as digital paintings or VN sprites which require more time, when I send approval emails, it will also mention if the project can be canceled and how much of a refund it will be eligible for. There will be a Point of No Return on larger projects, where the project is not eligible for refunds. I will notify the client if they are reaching the point of no return.

Digital Sketches are not eligible for refunds.

Physical Art

For crafted items such as stuffed animals, costume accessories, and custom ponies, full refunds are given if I, the artist, cancel the project for any reason.

If the project is canceled by the client before it is completed, it may be eligible for a partial refund to cover the cost of material and work done. Similar to large digital art projects, I will send progress notes which will mention when the project reaches the point of no return.
